Showed it now - brilliant call by McQuillan.

Not even close to being a good call. Joe was fighting to get out with that ball and brogan was clambering all over him. There are much more obvious examples of the arm pulling than that effort. I genuinely believe Joe was looking to get moving forward and not for a free from the footage I'm looking at.

It's a moot point anyway, they are destroying us.

I absolutely 100% disagree with you. Joe thought he could buy a cheap foul, and made it too obvious. (It could have been a free out a couple of steps earlier though).

Brian McGuigan did exactly the same and got his free.

Who was it said that Dublin only have 2 forwards in the Brogans by the way??????

Is that all you have to say about the game?

Waiting till the final whistle before jinxing things too much!!!

Best performance in a long time by Dublin and just pray they keep going for it

Dublin have best formation in forwards out there now... Connolly is replicating form from league when it was he rather than O Gara at full forward.

Dublin's performance has been as good as I've seen from any county in the past number of years

There's looking thru blue tinted goggles for sure !  ::) ::)

End of the road for Tyrone it seems. ( and Micky Harte too )No marking , forwards stuck to the ground , no midfield.
Shows how far off the top we are , losing badly to that team.
Morrissey and RTE suffering an awful dose of Dublinitis . Jasus if , as looks likely ,Dublin win we'll never hear the end of it.

Our lads would have loved today's weather & don't forget we scored the same in the 1st half v Tyrone as Dublin did in that 1st half.
The key to success is to be consistently competitive -- if you bang on the door often it will open

You can't be serious, Puck. Did you not see the replay and the clench he had on Brogan's arm?

AZOffaly

Not too late at all lads. I can't believe they are writing Tyrone off yet. There's still a few questions to be answered. Can Dublin keep this going to the end? Will Harte do something with subs?

THe first goal will be vital I think. If Tyrone get it, watch out. If Dublin get it, it could be all over then alright.

Puckoon

AZ if that's too obvious then I don't know. Mcguigans was shocking, I view joes differently.

What's the difference in "could have been a free out" versus should have been a free out?

Jinxy

I don't get why some people consider Dublin a negative team.
They tackle like demons and break out at speed.
Great foot-passing and some beautiful scores kicked.
I'd be quite happy if this was the future of gaelic football.
If you were any use you'd be playing.

Crowd 52,661 .
RTE told us there were 70,000 coming with 67,000 tickets sold.
Pubs must be doin mighty business around Drumcondra  ::)

Yeah but Tyrone had scored a fair bit more against you...and they already have Justin McMahon, Mulligan, Penrose in already though...

Puckoon

Joe didn't grab his arm and pull it in there, it was in there because brogan was hanging off him. That's what I saw, anyway. 35 more minutes of misery.

Have Tyrone any answer? They're getting hammered around the middle. Forwards getting crowded out. Loose marking in the backs compounded by a strnage decision to not drop a sweeper back.

Disagree... If Tyrone produced that first half performance in those conditions I'd say the exact same thing. They could be 8/9 up.  I'm not from Dublin by the way either... Actually thought Tyrone would win.

Here's hoping for classic second half
