I can't believe that Meath fans are reduced to travelling to CAVAN in JUNE to watch championship fuball. It just beggars belief.

Where will the Longford and Cavan fans be congregating inside the stadium?
So I can go to the opposite end and watch the match in peace without having to listen to ye all speculating as to who so and so is related to and what school he went to.

You'd be safer going on the terrace opposite the main stand.  At least you can filter around until you find some fellow Meathies.

If you don't want to talk to anyone, go behind the goal opposite the town goal.

Enjoy and don't forget to spend some money in Cavan.  We'll take your money at least.

I might call into Kentucky Fried Chicken after the game.
If you were any use you'd be playing.

Try the 3g pitch out the back, they let all sorts of riff raff in there.

Anyone who goes down the far end behind the goals be very careful on the steps if it is wet they were a danger the last day.

We replaced the steps at both ends in Navan with grass years ago and we've never looked back.
We don't mess around with peoples safety.

Nicer to lie in the grass and drink a bottle of buck aswell, good thinking.

You can't beat relaxing on a grass bank of a summers evening watching the kids happily rolling down the hill onto the concrete.

Eh? Some Tyrone and Mayo players of a certain vintage might beg to differ there, and it's not feckin' sponges ye were throwing at us in '97 either ya blaggard.

Heading at 3 from Dublin with my 10 year old daughter. I'll point her towards the most dangerous incline while I watch the match.

How much do the hawkers charge for warm flat 7UP in Breffni?
