Big congrats to the GAA IT Committee and New Zealands Real Sports, they have implemented cutting edge technology into the website, the stories are now displayed as pop ups upon clicking, such cunning!

Now all they will have do is display a banner at the top of the page that will warn people that if they have anti pop up software such as firefox, google, yahoo etc. They will have to enable pop ups on the GAA website or hold the shift or control key down while clicking the aforementioned stories.

They really are a disaster up in that place!

Just checked, you're right, they do now appear as pop-ups  >:( very bad form these days.

In saying that, there's no problem of them appearing in a new tab in my Firefox browser.

My google tool bar blocked me, was clicking away giving out that the fecking internet was gone again until i tried holding the shift key down

I have pop-up blocker, but I can see the news ok.

That said, it's bad design in my eyes.
