It's all down to the recession. If people had house prices rising by 50% a year nobody would still be talking about Sunday's match on Thursday.

Actually the property crash is down to the opening of Croker to foreign games. Soccer players own property and we never had a crash until they played in Croker, therefore that caused the crash.

Tune in next week to discover the cause of Global warning, El Nino and the collapse of the banking system.

This thread is a complete joke, I'm sorry. Now everyone knows I was no fan of the relaxing of Rule 42, but to say that as a result our games has been corrupting in events such as last Sunday... nope, sorry.

Thats an interesting theory and many thanks you are the only one who seems to be taking this seriously. Have the extra revenue that the IRFU and FAI made from bigger attendance led to them creating a property boom?

It did initially. But the foreign games angle meant the USA, NATO and Israel put us on the Axis of Evil list and people couldn't sell property quick enough for some strange reason. In conclusion, no.

Teams from the Pale should not be allowed into the All Ireland.

Counties from the Pale and without a Gaeltacht should not be allowed into the
All-Ireland.

Unless their players are sent to the Gaeltacht every year for a month. Of course they can be sent off for speaking in English in Croker and for not wearing an Aran jumper before and after games (matches).

Kerry would still win all before and behind them in that case!

It used to be traditional to blame O'Neill for starting a tread like this. I see no reason to change that tradition.

Stewards been attacked, Refs being attacked, Meath chanting on the hill in English accents. Has the opening up of Croke park to foreign sports caused all our problems?

Don't see this going on in any other 'foreign' sports.....
