It's all down to the recession. If people had house prices rising by 50% a year nobody would still be talking about Sunday's match on Thursday.

Actually the property crash is down to the opening of Croker to foreign games. Soccer players own property and we never had a crash until they played in Croker, therefore that caused the crash.

It did initially. But the foreign games angle meant the USA, NATO and Israel put us on the Axis of Evil list and people couldn't sell property quick enough for some strange reason. In conclusion, no.
