A friend of mine is doing some research for a project and needs some data on mobile phone usage.
He (and I) would really appreciate it if you could complete the following survey.

Yes the phone number request at the end is off-putting. Although there needs to be a means of contacting the winner of the prize, it just wreaks of tele-marketing and an email address would have done.
