Having spoke to the victim of the shove (some slagging i can tell ya) it was not a sub but the assistant manager. Harry was knocked out due to the force and the fact that he didnt see it coming! Takes a brave man to do that....
None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought.

Does anyone know if there is a game before the Burren game?

coleraine are a solid bet at 11/10 with ladbrokes.

Coleraine by 3/4, theyll have far too much pace for Burren
you sure know your stuff!!!! hope you didnt lose too much. burren won easy 1-12 to 0-6

Burren's half forward line was lethal today, especially Eamonn McGovern, my MOTM. He got through some work, used the ball well and put over a few points (three I think?).

Be interesting to see how they do against Cross now, their half back line will do well to contain them.

Raging hot, have been too busy watching the Liverpool game!

I did say it earlier in the thread that I think Burren are going to be the dark horses this year and will be very hard to beat.  Cross will be missing Jamie as we know and unless there is an appeal in, Johnny Hanratty.  Despite people's reservations about Johnny I think he plays a very keep role for the team and will be missed.  He does an awful lot of the grafting that allows Titch to play.  Cross are obviously going to be bookies favourites but Burren will be on a high from today's win and given that they have been talking all week about beating Cross I am sure they will be very confident.

Who is the Cross HB line?

AK - O'Callaghan - ???

Finnegan?

Cross v Burren be worth going to, despite BCB's propaganda I reckon Cross will have the experience to sneak the win, the game v Gall's will stand to them whereas I don't think Burren can have learnt much today judging by that result.

Stephen Finnegan has been playing there this year.  Good player but he and Paul McKeown under a bit of pressure now that Skinny is fit.

What propaganda?  I said Cross will be favourites but that Burren will be tough to beat!!  Even when I am not playing games I get accused of it ;)

You are right, they didn't get tested at all today. Coleraine's forward line was very poor.

The 'fastest man on two legs' (I swear that is how someone described him at the match today) Mullan did nothing. Don't believe the hype.

BCB sure I thought this was Dromintee's year! I'd love to see Clans get to the final next year, you wouldn't keep a straight face typing that sorta stuff! Burren will ask a lot of questions though, probably the best attacking team I have seen this year.

I did before ;D

With all this talk about Burren and cross I would love to be the winner of the other semi final as they have just been purely dismissed.. went to the game today, thought Burren were extremely well organised, they worked exceptionally hard,  they have a terrific game plan and get a lot of men behind the ball quickly, Cross will find this hard to break down especially without their star forward, I wouldnt install Cross as favourites, if anything I would have Burren as raging hot favourites after the way they clinically disposed of Coleraine today.. Frank Dawson is really proving his worth as a top class manager and maybe could find himself in intercounty management soon...

I agree with that.  Cross will find it tough and the momentum that Burren have will be a great advantage.  Given the players Cross are missing with suspensions and injuries I reckon Burren will take it by 3-4.
