Quote from: Gael-in-exile on October 03, 2024, 01:06:51 PMThe current fixture makers are operating in a world of their own surely.
Junior B & Junior finals along with Intermediate semi final all at the same times on Saturday.
Here's hoping they at least get a tweet or post unlike the minor deciders

I cant understand why the Junior final is on this weekend and were only at semi final stage at the int and senior. Junior B started 6 weeks after the rest and over 2 weeks before the rest. Push the junior B earlier. Junior back slightly, Jun B winners into Junior A. Junior and Intermediate back to a double header on the saturday and a senior final on the Sunday

Stop talking sense you, it'll never catch on

Gael-in-exile

Any common sense seems to be lost this year. And a suggestion to look at it to improve it going forward may only cause more problems.
I've read the football thread and there's not anyone seems to have a real handle on what they've done to the leagues and championships there so unless there's a watertight fix let's hope they just look at sorting fixture days and times first.

Half Time Analysis
Rory Og v St John's

Neil thinks it's the McManus show- as usual
Not much of at atmosphere for a semi final
Only time I see McManus run is when Rory Og win a free
Full Time thoughts to follow shortly.

The ref blowing a bit less would be good...

Poor game. Stream not fantastic today.

LC

I presume not much for Davy F to get excited about?

Ciaran Johnston looking the best of non county. McManus won't be getting called back unless it changes lol.

Could be an upset here.

Cushendall not looking good here. With McLaughlin not getting a look in and McManus really either they are struggling for scores. Still tight though.

St Johns well worth their lead here.

Paddy burke stepped up there. Magill too.

If Naomh Eoin win. 2pts up at half-time in extra-time, will they change final to Ballycastle?

Duine Inteacht Eile

The Johnnies aren't getting a better chance than this. Cushendall have been flat and a lot of unforced mistakes.

Duine Inteacht Eile

Somehow managed to fluff a gimme goal chance to go 5 up and got steamrolled after it.
