Thing is they wouldn't have been shite against a Willie Nancy side.....

Didn't realise how far Hearts are in front!

Can they be caught?

6 points isn't that far in front. They'll definitely drop a lot of points but it's whether Celtic and Rangers can put a run together or not. Fair played to Hearts, they're definitely well improved.

Going to a busy couple of days - never ever understood the last minute rush in transfer windows, could already have had signings through the door a month a go and well on the way to finding their feet at this stage.

Hard to see Engles staying if Forrest come back with a 3rd bid - likely to be 20M. Can't see it being turned down.

bennydorano

Engels was always bought as a player who'd be sold on (hopefully) at a profit eventually. If the board read the room wrong on this there'll be murder.

There's the third bid, £25million. I didn't think Celtic would get the £11 million back that they spent on him, never mind over double it!

Not an ideal time to even consider selling though.

Time to cash in, buy two fellas for £10 million n put £15 million into the coffers.
Thats a crazy amount for a very average player.

It's great value but only if we go on and buy someone, just a couple of loan deals so far and not much else

bannside

Youll not need to tell Celtic to accept that offer. Thats the club model....

bennydorano

£25m is mad money for him (if true), won't get 15 in the summer.

Forest must be dripping in money.

Going from £11m to £25m inside 24 hours. Premiership coming down with money.

He takes a mean corner in a league obsessed with set pieces, they'll call him a world beater
