Quote from: illdecide on December 30, 2025, 10:21:24 PMI know he inherited a shit team/squad but his team selections, formations and substitutions are shocking. The man hasn't a clue and hopefully he's sacked before Saturday

But the 73 yo man before him was unbeaten
In that standard of league, its not a shite team.
Let's be honest MON won well and carried some luck and a few bad performances were coming down the tracks for him too but you are right that MON had them playing so much better than Nancy has. That's why I said his team selections, formations and substitutions are shocking and it's clear the players are not playing for him. He has to go, I would loved nothing more than for him to be the next Ange but it's looking like a wrecking ball

I agree with this. Sadly it hasnt worked out and continuing with him will only make things worse

Are we allowed to criticise the manager yet?

Applesisapples

What a shambles, any manager at any level would fashion his tactics and formation to get the best result possible.11 players last night playing as individuals, Nancy is clueless, I had hope to be proven wrong but this is worse than I feared.

Yes, no green shoots at all. Only looks like it's gonna get worse

How much will it cost to let Nancy go? Hopefully not so much as he hasnt passed his probationary period.

He needs the boot. MON isn't and wasn't the answer, medium/long term, but they really should have just kept him until the end of the season. The players all spoke about man-management with Martin, I get the feeling Nancy has lost the changing room. Dreading Saturday.
