Let's be honest MON won well and carried some luck and a few bad performances were coming down the tracks for him too but you are right that MON had them playing so much better than Nancy has. He needs the boot. MON isn't and wasn't the answer, medium/long term, but they really should have just kept him until the end of the season. The players all spoke about man-management with Martin, I get the feeling Nancy has lost the changing room. Dreading Saturday.
