Traing drills!!!!!!!!

Hey lads,just got bad news and am out for the year with an acl lateral medial and cartilage injury all in the one go,living in the states and took on the job of training the team i am involved with here and just want to know of some good drills and warm ups etc,have been playing this years and just get a brain freeze wen it comes to takin the training,thanks!!!
