who was this?

Heard today that the fianna vs pomeroy ref was from clonoe. Would it be normal that a teams nearest rival would ref a play off game?

Down as Clonoe ref but is from Ballinderry. Has no affinity to Clonoe. Is a common enough practice..

A clonoe man wouldn't of been playing 7 mins of injury time ensuring a Fianna leveller that's for sure!

McErlain was very sore on the Plunketts throughout. Every 50 50 decision went the way of coalisland. Where he got 7 mins injury time from I'll never know. The plunketts were up by 5 with 57 mins played yet you just felt he was going to do anything in his power bring to Coalisland back into it.

I can see why you would be surprised as a Galway man but if you knew Tyrone they treat the supporter like a lovely orange that should be squeezed.

Would need a small mortgage to watch all games in Tyrone this year meaning that access to football is for the rich in Tyrone.

Years ago when our then PRO was asked why they where increasing the admission to championship matches when families where struggling for money.... The response? Sure isn't the cost of a loaf of bread up. Eugene McConnell. Like the rest self important and out of touch!

Personally think £19 is too much for a club final stream. If headquarters adopted the Tyrone business model then it would be €101 just to watch the All Ireland Final on your TV.

Hopefully Jarlath Burns can actually do something about this greed.

What does anyone expect. Day light robbery without the balaclava. Tyrone county board would take the skin off your back. The average Gael is nothing but cannon fodder to these gouls. But sure aslong as Sludden gets his holiday to the amalfi coast.

Horrible day for it. Scoring power suggests Lough have a decent chance, though the goals issue is worrying

Trillick

13th Sept V Dungannon   23 points
26th Sept V Pomeroy      14 points
12th Oct V Errigal       16 points

Average : 17.6 points

Lough
12th Sept V Killyclogher     23 points
28 Sept V Donaghmore      20 points
12th Oct V carrickmore       19 points
17th Oct V carrickmore       19 points

McCullagh and Meenagh are top ten scorers , Lee Brennan is joint 4th. He's also struggling with frees.

Trillick might feel they've the work done after Errigal. Hopefully nothing silly decides the game.

Tyrone Donegal Boarder

Down and Fermanagh both had packages of £25 for all three finals (Fermanagh £40 for all games across junior, intermediate and senior). While in Tyrone, for finals alone we have had to pay £17, £18 and £19 totalling £54. Genuinely a disgrace, the county board should have a very hard look at themselves. Every individual involved in Tyrone Tv should hang their heads in shame.
