I'd assume all clubs are training at this stage. Some might be just in gym for now. But I'd be very surprised if any club had not started training yet.

Don't think all clubs have management appointed yet.

Any manager coming in will be impressed if the players can drive themselves. You don't need a manager to get the lads out and at it.
