People need to understand that the Harte family of glencull are infallible.

Have a bit of wit longballin. Have you ever seen Harte throw a fist in anger at county level? Be it minors, U21s or Senior? If he didn't stand up for himself after being singled out for 'treatment' you'd be labelling him yella or soft, the fact he gave a bit back now your actually comparing him with the antics of Cookstown? Laughable. All the good players inevitably have to learn to be able to stand up for themselves or they'll get battered due to the lack of protection you are offered at club level. That's the reality, not your skewed statements.
Knew someone would take the bate and sure as hell it didn't take long. Fact remains he struck first yesterday probably after being goaded fact is he struck after the final whistle in the championship after being goaded again fact is he has reacted several times after receiving preferential treatment. Lesson learned is antagonise Peter Harte he will strike out get him lined and play on. You would think a man of his knowledge and experience would know better.
As for his dad coming on to the field of play to strike a player no one commenting much on that does that make it ok. It just makes for another bit of ribbing the next man marking him has on him.

Peter Harte was given a straight red card for his involvement in the row yesterday.
In other words, whatever he done before he got knocked out warranted a straight red from Hurson, vis-a-vis Harte struck first, Hampsey struck back, and Hampsey just happened to hit harder.

And anyone who says harte was provoked throughout the game by Kane, don't make us laugh.

The recurring theme here with Coalisland posters is how hard the lad hit Harte and gloating at the fact that he could knock him out - I don't see the sense of achievement in that.

I'm not a Coalisland poster but the recurring theme here from everyone else is to overlook the fact a supporter run onto the field of play to attack an opposing player

twenty one yard free

Will the ccc investigate ,I wouldn't think so,will there be any repercussions, I doubt it

Will the county board stand up to the glencull men, not a chance

Mickey will still refuse to speak to RTE and tyrone will struggle to get sponsors

Other clubs would and have faced tough sanctions for what happened in annagher yesterday but not the ballygawley outfit

I'm sure Kenny archer will have a full page on the fianna v Errigal game in his next article in the Irish news......he likes reporting on games he wasn't at. Or perhaps Francis mooney. ;)

Francie Mooney obviously has hit a nerve.

Why? Real Tyrone gaels know the truth. They don't ponder to sensationalist newspaper reports. I'd expect better from Carrickmore people.

If old Harte came on the field and struck a player he should be banned for life
If young Hampsey came on the field and kicked a player he should be banned for life.
Both clubs should be hit in the pocket if the 2 men are members.
If the elder Hampsey decked Harte Og in front of the Ref after being carded then he should be looking at 6 months
That is Harte Ogs second straight red so his suspension should be doubled.

How did both non-players get on the field? The Fianna could suffer for that even though it was an Errigal man on first.

Young Hampsey was playing
That cuts out the Fine for the Island, did the Ref catch him putting the boot in? If not he will get away with it. Dirty digs like that up and down the County every week.

If your club was beat in a county final, longballin,by an injury time goal, the last thing you want to see is a hack rubbing your nose in it. Trash journalism. Sorry for not living up to your expectations but that's the way it is.

Moortown Spuds

I can only see EC getting a harsh sentence. If it was drompre they would be in The Hague.

Still don't get why the game was Sunday. Not a level playing field
