John Morrison no longer Eglish manager.

How are the big guns shaping up for the weekend. I heard today that Dromore will be without Mickey Garry as he tore his curciate and Cavanagh is obviously out for Moy. Any other major players missing the games

Wrong-Prior to the weekends exit from the championship a Eglish player proclaimed that Greencastle were granted points and that this was a long standing arrangement between the two clubs. He also said that Derrlaughan would be gifted two points in the final league game! Maybe this lie down and take it up the ass approach had an influence on their performance yesterday?

Of course now the final league game is a no contest as Derrylaughan successfully dealt with Cookstown, and i fully expect them to secure survival against Eglish. Will the magician Morrison be on the line? Will the valentines card be changed for a farewell or deepest sympathy card?
Why wouldn't he be along the line. Eglish have shown that of the three teams to come up from Division Two, that they are the one most capable of remaining there for the foreseeable future. Unlike like yourselves Spuds, Eglish have identified the League as their priority. I'm quite sure they were disappointed not to beat yourselves but on the other hand will be satisfied with their years work in Division One.

Zinnnnnng! That was the worst kept secret in football. Players had him sacked before they left the changing rooms and they did it through facebook.

Wouldn't be putting the Moy as in the same league as "Dromore" they are the big guns. Should be a easy win for Dromore. They are keeping it quiet this year, iv seen them play twice and have being impressed. Will take a lot of beating.

Agreed-I think its between Clonoe and Dromore with Carrickmore joinging them in contesting for the title if they get over the Errigal challange. In the chasing group you have Omagh, Errigal and Ardboe.

Would you not put the current county champions in the chasing pack???

No! Another team who has been on a bad run after accepting a defeatist attitude. To succeed you need a winning mentality. Throwing points willy nilly to clubs as favours is no benefit when it comes to the must win championship format.

If this is the case, no one will be queuing up to get that job. Last year, they get promotion and sack the manager. This year, stay in top flight and sack manager. Player power very evident

Such a crying wee bitch moortown spuds get over it Moortown were beat by 95%of div 1 teams and no points were threw around from the islands point of view or I am sure eglish dry ur eyes your gettin repetitive!

can't see coalisland repeating their heroics from last year, unless they get a right few of their squad back, though i still think they'll overcome killyclogher! and yes seen dromore once this year, thought they looked very impressive, very low-key/under the readar approach this year. this might suit them. ardboe have struggled this year for consistency, greencastle will give them a game, but ardbow will prevail! maybe even a moortown-ardboe QF wouldnt be too bad!

I heard that Coalisland have all their players back from the states and should be at full stregth for the championship. Therefore, they should be in with a good shout.

Well if that's the case they would be a different proposition but they really really wanted it last year, had the bit between their teeth and grabbed the oppertunity. Where is big McGahan that plays midfield for them? Some fielder of the ball.

Get your facts right, Murphy wasn't sacked last year he left!
