Coalisland got promoted and Mark Loughran was given the county final
Ridiculous how that was just brushed over and forgot about. There used to precedent of closing pitches and even kicking teams out of the competitions after such incidents, surely that would start as a first deterrent for clubs, followed by fines and then suspensions if culprits can be identified and they usually can be identified.

The head of the referees committee is a Coalisland man I believe? Maybe that had some influence on that outcome.
