Quote from: Jerome on September 21, 2025, 12:08:25 PMI don't think any of the remaining teams in the junior championship will get anywhere near Cookstown. Whenever they need to step it up they can and will.
Bold that.
Not sure I agree, Clogher and drumragh definitely can beat them, drumragh already proving it by beating them in the league

They use to post them on tyronegaa?
Best source is Niall gartland on twitter - other than that it is scarce

Quote from: Aaron Boone on September 21, 2025, 10:04:36 AMStill think Cookstown's Ulster Club ambitions are on track. Campaigns like this are a process and sometimes there are blips along the way. You have to have that air of confidence in the Ulster Club.

Can't see it, carn in Donegal will be huge favourites for it. Conor O'Donnells club

Drumragh win by 6 but not convincing either.

Not sure you can judge the junior champ so far. Issue is those 4 teams in semis have won without really getting out of 1st gear. They're all fairly evenly matched now and I'd expect to see a lot more quality from here on

Top 4 have that wee bit more of extra quality than the rest.

Still think any of the top 4 come up will go straight back down, the gap between junior and intermediate seems to be getting bigger

Yet the 3 teams that got promoted last season stayed up 2 of them very comfortably. The overall standard in division 2 isn't great judging by some of the performances so far in the championship. Maybe 4 decent sides the rest much of a muchness.

Aghaloo picked up points when teams were safe, drumquin are a decent side and had a great start. Kileeshil were brutal all year and still stayed up against what was supposed to be an up and coming fintona team.

I don't see any of the teams this year staying up, just my opinion

TheGlenellyGremlin

We'll be back next year. There'll be no pat Darcy cup for fintona never mind an Ulster.

Paddy Hunter twice confused about the inside mark. A commentator that isn't aware the rule of the game.
