Has Barry Hughes ever managed anyone before?
1st job..but was captain under C Lawn when Cookstown won all ireland..Philip Muldoon is in with him..and I think 1 off the croziers?

I heard that Hughes taking the Moortown job did not go down too well in cookstown - told them he hadn't time to take youth teams now he's down reeling lines round the battery!

Anyone know what a Credo Gold Award is? There's a presentation at Garvaghey this Thurs with Aogan O'Farrell but can't find anything on google about it.

PMG1

The Credo Gold Award is a new initiative by our county chair to award people who have given 50 years service to their club, very good idea.  There is also a silver award for 25 years, each club could nominate 2 people, I think it will be an annual thing.

I wonder why you're wondering. 🤔😁

I think it'll be an annual thing but the Clubs to do their own event from here in.

Redhand Santa

Great game of football in Armagh today. Pomeroy seemed to lose their way in the first half especially after McGeary went of. He was a big help in the revival when coming back on, though was clearly carrying an injury. They seemed to have the hard work done coming back and going three up but were too easily opened up for goals. The young corner forward for meath did serious damage especially in the first half.

Great achievement by Pomeroy to reach that level twice in last ten years with practically two different teams: Rock on the other hand are an embarrassment yo-yo team should be developing and pushing on instead of getting relegated into a league every other year that they are clearly too good for.

hard luck to Pomeroy, their game sounded like a cracker.  what was the Rock game like? was the Edinburgh team not up to much?

A bit more respect for the only club team in Tyrone history to win 3 Ulster Clubs...

Hard luck to our good neighbours yesterday - didn't get to the game but from what i heard its one of the best games witnessed in a long time.
