Quote from: Truthsayer on October 28, 2024, 01:24:29 PMLast time I was concerned that Trump would get in... now couldn't care less. Is like Tory-Labour in Britain two cheeks of the same arse. Both will continue to fund the murder of thousands of children and civilian adults in Palestine and Lebanon. A plague on both their houses US and UK... maggots.

My thoughts exactly. I f**king despise the Tories with every fibre of my being, but I hate Labour and that bastard Starmer even more. And don't get me started on our current proconsul, his father must be spinning in his grave.
I said exact same phrase about that maggot today. His Da was a great...

Who are you referring to?
Hilary Benn.. son of Tony Benn

Hilary Benn is the British equivalent of a Fine Gael Blueshirt

With its 2010 ruling in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, the Supreme Court opened the door to virtually unlimited spending on elections. Anyone with deep pockets can create a super PAC and pour millions of dollars into any race, from the most obscure to the most high-profile. The resulting avalanche of television, radio, and social media ads, mailers, and other communications is capable of shifting public opinion rapidly

Trump's tariff idea is bollocks

One proposition advanced by Trump is that tariff revenue could replace income tax. That is nonsense. If the attempt were made, programmes of great importance to ordinary Americans, such as Medicare, might collapse. Thus, according to another paper by Clausing and Obstfeld, the revenue-maximising tariff of 50 per cent would deliver only $780bn, less than 40 per cent of the revenue from income tax. Worse, as a tax on sales of imported goods, tariffs are highly regressive. Rich people spend relatively little of their income on such products.

Every last word he says is nonsense. He has neither the faculties nor interest levels to consider anything beyond than its most superficial level.  Indeed he is the perfect embodiment of the internet age.

And through Tucker Carlson's speech at the Garden last night, they're blatantly laying the groundwork to try to steal the election again. This shit is getting scary.

The people who have actively been sowing division in every single country in the west, including Ireland, are the same people who have you eating out of the palm of their hand.

You're just too dumb to see it.

The Republicans are burning the drop boxes because they were so against them...
Also ANTIFA are burning them to cover up some voter fraud...

Thank God these lads have been protecting democracy all these years around the globe.

Help me understand the type of divisive false messaging they'd be pushing my way (that I want to hear) for that to hold up?
