Lack of sleep is the reason for the nightmares. get down to the gym a few nights a week. sitting on your arse in the bookies all day wont help ;)

possibly some pressure in work or your private life can be a reason.

as for me i love getting dreams, good or bad

About people dying?! Are you serious?

I don't think I suffer from a lack of sleep, well I do sometimes stay up later than I should, I never have problems getting to sleep it is just that some nights I will stay up to 2 or 3 watching DVDs and stuff.

Maybe if I go to bed earlier?

Wonder what the stuff you get up to is  :D

Lets not let this thread descend into any 'stuff' I get up to, could get pulled!!

Enough said  :D :D

f**k sake Nail they're only dreams, grow a set. I love dreams and nightmares. Hate not having any. Would go through phases, this is a dreamless phase at the min!

I would kill for a dreamless phase!! Nothing better than closing my eyes then waking up eight hours later without an interruption!

One thing I hate though is when your having a pleasing dream (if you will) and then wake up at the good parts!

Minder, do you think Pammy has dreams about getting boned by some ugly **** from Ireland?

Nail, this boffin on Horizon says nightmares are a good thing as they prepare you for similar situations in real life.

Puckoon

This thread has subliminally influenced me.

Two nights ago I dreamt that I was the legal guardian of Cat Stevens. He was 6. We were abducted in east belfast and the world never heard of cat stevens again. I felt bad that I wasnt able to help him.

Last night I dreamt I had an inoperable brain tumor. I said - Doc, Im fine. He says I know your fine - but youre fucked.
