I don't seem to remember too many saying this was our year this year. In fact when ever a second striker wasn't got and Alonso left most people knew we'd be weaker.

The great Rafa has obvious intentions set on the league.  Dunno how you reckon Chelsea have the league wrapped up, didn't look anything great yesterday and haven't all season.  The title will be decided between the big 3 this year again - United, Chelsea and Arsenal.

Anportmor, if we can cut out the silly draws that we had last year in games we should have won it won't be so worrying!

My view is that Chelsea aren't playing well and are still top of the league. That plus they have in my view the strongest squad is why I think Chelsea will win. United, Arsenal and Liverpool will play out for positions.

6 points behind Chelsea. 4 points behind the mancs. 30 games left. Hardly insurmountable, given there's nobody playing consistently well. There'll be plenty more points dropped by everyone.

Bad result but don't think the display merited it. Two mistakes cost us the goals. Neither team looked like world beaters up to the first goal and it looked like at that stage a mistake could turn the tie.

I see the usual Lucas bashers are out in force. I thought he was rather good yesterday and held his own against a very strong Chelsea midfield. I don't see what he done wrong and was unlucky to be taken off, could have been Masch either but Rafe prob thought he'd be fresher after missing the midweek game.

Gerard poor again, not getting into the games as last year. Torres had limited chances but thought he got too much on the header in the first half. He took the power out of the cross.

It was a peno just before half time, no doubt, Drogba took man first and the sooner someone gives Drogba a real reason to go down the better. He took the biscuit everytime a challenge went in yesterday. A real handful though.

Carra looks like he is beginning to beleive the press, he was sound for long spells but Carra of 2/3 years would never give up. He seemed to do just that when Drogba took him on the inside for the second goal.

I agree. Dan Agger usually does though.
Although, if Drogba were to do a big dramatic dive sometime, and land awkwardly, do his cruciate, that'd make me really really happy. Maybe he would finally learn something.
