Liverpool are not a  good enough prospect to attract the quality you mention. Why blot a good CV ?

Rijkaard has already gone to Galatasaray. I think it's fair to say he'd certainly be interested in the Liverpool job as long as the terms were attractive to him. Not that I particularly want him.

Don't worry. When and if the manager's job becomes available again there won't be any shortage of of interest in it. I doubt Liverpool will have to go looking in the Blue Square Premier to find a coach. Thing is can they find the right one.

Kyrgiakos looking dodgy as anything. Ngog getting outmuscled flat out. Would like to see the Torres offside again thought it was very close. Made a good start but soon became scrappy and the game is way too open, Blackburn finding space to attack far too easily.

Come on Roy triple sub at half time. Kuyt for Ngog
