Would ye like Rafa back?

No because I think he had his time and may be burnt out as far as taking the club forward.  I would also be concerned about how he would fit into the strategy that is being put in place.  I think he would want too much control and that would not fit.  I think a clean break from the previous set ups is the only way forward.

If it was the only way it meant Roy was gone  - yes

But I think we need  a clean start on and off the field. Rafa would have some baggage it would seem with a few players and some supporters would have issues with Rafa. Be best if we got a new man in, who I don't know but for certain the sooner Roy is gone the better.

Harsh enough team in that you hearly have to be considered as a good player to get on it.

Maybe underachieveing team of the year would be a better description. Not sure how PFK didn't make it, while Johnson did.

Torres will always have his double against Chelsea to look back on that started the chelsea fall from grace. At least Chelsea had a few points in the bag otherwise given their current run they'd be looking at a relegation battle and trying to get other games called off over the christmas.

Planning to go to a match in February. When is the actual kick-off day and time confirmed for each match?

West Ham       V      Liverpool    Sunday  27 Feb 13:30

these dates/times should be 100%. I assume you mean a home game and a wed night moght not be an option, so you are fairly limited there.

Thanks.

So I'd be fairly safe booking flights for the Wigan game?

Just a thought, and I have no idea when the European games are, but it would be worth checking if that week has potential European fixtures, because if we happened to be still in Europe and played on the Thursday night, that game would be moved back to the sunday

Same weekend as the Manchester Derby so best to book flights early.
The key to success is to be consistently competitive -- if you bang on the door often it will open

Sad news today - former Liverpool defender Avi Cohen has died after his motorcycle accident last week. Rest In Peace. YNWA."

Taken from BBC Sport website. His son plays in the prem for Bolton. A few of the older hands will remember him

I had an old BBC videotape called Liverpool: Team of the Decade.

There was a game when Liverpool won the title in 1980 or 1981 when Cohen scored at the Kop End for both teams.

Also, infamously played for Liverpool on Yom Kippur - drawing tons of criticism for it.

Do people feel there will be much movement in the transfer window in terms of offloading players? I think the majority agree the less bought by Woy the better so was trying to think of who may move elsewhere! Jova perhaps?
