Has there been any reports of misbehaviour from DC fans?

Linfield and Glentoran have some of the worst supporters in western europe, they are a disgrace altogether.

Let's see you try to justify this ludicrous remark.

Priceless!!

Cant believe there was no fashion police around in those days. Robson shouldnt have been let out of the house with that jumper on, never mind onto tv

Main Street

That's some geansiĆ” the tv presenter is wearing.
The RUC were were very gentle with that mob.

In 2005 the RUC don't bother anymore.
post match entertainment
The crowds are like a bunch of monkeys all roaring and shouting at each other.

Where is all the love?

And that's just three of the countries in western Europe. (Without having to trawl back to the 1980s, I might add - these are, sadly, all recent or current incidents)

Since I'm a Glentoran fan, why don't you tell me exactly how Glentoran's support is worse behaved than that lot? ::) Or indeed an average support of 'anyteam FC'...

MW Is there anyone here who would even bother to click one of those links.
I hope you had them all to hand on the desktop for a quick copy and paste.

Don't worry it takes two or three minutes with the power of google :)

(BTW, I wonder were those guys seriously unaware of what happened in Italian football last year (never mind the rest) in all its horror and tragedy? If they were, they can have paid little attention to European football :-\)

Do you actually use the GAA board as your only source of news? ::)

Funny though, growing up I thought Glentoran was the Catholic team and Linfield was the nasty sectarian Protestant team.

Now I know ye are just as bad ;D it's a shocking adjustment to make, but I cant take back the times I sent out those good vibes whenever Glentoran won.
I need therapy to get over this.

I don't even understand what you are getting at?

Was there something wrong in my original comment about condemning  the sectarian behaviour of BOTH sets of fans?

And, seeing as you have referred to myself being "blinkered" twice now, how exactly?

nifan

Maiden, Id guess that MS is making a point about youth and their limited understanding of the world.
Id say plenty of kids had silly views of the other side.

dont be so sensitive in this case

Main Street

Exactly, and obviously a Glens fans like MW understood.

Now put away those hatchets please ;D
