The smellier the better, Bleu d'Auvergne is a particular fav at the mo cause I've been using it for blue cheese sauce for pasta and it's one of the few blue cheeses you can get in Asda on the Shore Road in Belfast.

Cheese fondue is prob my favourite meal, absolutely gorgeous with big chunks of semi-stale bread.

Aldi and Lidl are strong on cheese and certainly cheap. Edam for me.

Cracker Bar finely sliced then melted onto the toast under the grill, followed with a sprinkling of pepper. Bootiful!!
Has to be cheese slices on a cheesy burger tho
