Quick IT question

You know when you go to put in a username on a website and when you start with say M, a few options come up i.e. names that have been used previously/recently on that PC. How do you get rid of those and start fresh??

Have tried deleting cookies, temp internet files, clearing the history but no joy......

any ideas??

IE or FireFox?

Go to Tools
Then Internet Options
Then Press the Content tab
and then down to autocomplete and untick the option

Sounds like a few dodgy google searches to me.

double click on the space all you have searched appears, point to the top one and start deleting.
