There's a video from a few months back of a house in the same estate im Finglas that looks v v similar (the same 1 to me) being attacked.

But yeah it's the white Christmas crew who don't want to think it's anything to do with them that piss me off.

I had the misfortune of going to a playpark in Rathcoole (newtownabbey) not that long ago and there were a lot of scramblers about as well as them being about the towpath in Belfast now coming from Belvoir estate. They are a disaster waiting to happen and it particularly pains me as I've a wee boy who these pricks could run over.

Yep because the one thing you can sure of is that when a young teenager gets a motorised vehicle, the one thing he/she won't do, is use it to visit their mates. And the second thing you can be of is that they won't allow their mates to takes rides on it. And the third thing you ca be sure of is that they'll never egg each other on to go quicker or take more risks.

The mind boggles, it really does.

In fairness I don't think they are ever safe, but out in fields or even in the countryside you have less chance of killing someone else too.
In urban areas they tear up footpaths and go through parks at mad speeds when kids are playing. I live close to Fairview park in Dublin and they go flying around at night with lights on.

And never mind talk of banning them. I said on this thread a while back about calling the gardaí when two lads were doing donuts in the city centre on clearly stolen bikes.

The notion of banning them is a joke if they don't enforce anything.
