My diet is almost entirely curry based. But never from a resturant or take way. Don't use jars of paste or sauce.

Love everything about it :) have curry at least twice a day lunch and dinner and they are always different but yummy and healthy
Curry twice a day every day?
Sounds excessive.
1.252 billion Indians cant be too wrong

The beauty of curry is that its can be so varied in flavour with just a slight tweak to the mix.

As a veggie the its ideally suited to me.

Current favourite is lentil and chickpea dhal

The Gs Man

Lads, Bacon & Egg Cups are the business.

Youtube the recipe, but it's pretty simple.

You'll need a muffin tray, bacon, eggs, grated cheese, toast.

Fry a bit of bacon, not completely cooked, but not undercooked either.

Place a bit of toast at the bottom of each section in the muffin tray.  Wrap a slice or two of bacon round the inside of each section. Sprinkle a bit of cheese into the hollow, then crack an egg into it.

Stick it in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees or until the egg is cooked how you like it.

Simple.
