New and improved Newbridge looks well though - now all we need is McCreevy back in the cabinet and about €25million!

I remember the rumour during the early '90s that one of the Al Maktoum Sheikhs had asked Michael Osborne at the Curragh one day how much it would cost to buy the local football team! I wonder if the KCB have the Dubai directory handy.

There's Seán Brady going in, what dya think Seán?

tullamore is a fine ground but the leinster council need to dedicate to one stadium and make a right job of it . the GAA need a modern all seater 25/30 K stadium in the midlands instead fir grace and faour the matches are being dragged around the counties last year was that dump in longford this year tullamore sometimes its portlaoise. leave the inter county rivalry on the pitch and build it an d the crowds will come

well said, a 25k all seater ground with a roof is badly needed.... but it should be in dublin where as the gaa will tell you you'll get another 10k at every game

Gnevin

Do Westmeath need a 26K stadium and why all seater?
Anyway, long story short... is a phrase whose origins are complicated and rambling.

Rossfan

What's with this all seater nonsense?
Are ye all soft over there or is it thoul' soccer has ye ruined?

f**k that's harsh, I don't think there's much wrong with Pearse Park

That stadium looks the part, but as said earlier, is there any need for seated areas behind the nets?

if they had 2 modern stands down the sides of the pitch, and a standing area behind the nets, that would do the jab

The GAA

is there big potential in the midlands for a concert venue, other sporting attractions, etc?
