Not sure on this, 90% sure they dont exist.
It was mentioned on another thread and got me thinking.
Can anyone clarify for certain?

there are county 'board members' or should that be 'county board' members
Normally clubs are run by  committes  with  a chairman   treasurer and secretary as the executive , not sure if there is a major difference a rose by any other name.......

I would normally associate a "board member" with a board of directors. Which clubs certainly dont have.

Jesus christ Dublinfella will you cut this out!
I already agreed on another thread to stop argueing with you and even wished you a merry christmas!!

You mentioned TD board members which got me thinking did they exist as I had never heard of one at a GAA club.
So I asked the question.
If I was getting at you I would have mentioned you, instead I just said "it was mentioned on another thread"

Ironic that you mention me having an obsession when you jump to this conclusion over me asking an innocent question.

Give peace a chance Dublinfella  ;)

Is His Holiness over reacting?

Someone is over reacting, thats for sure  ;)
After the thread in question, I made my peace with these guys (still waiting for them to do likewise  :'( ) and have no intentions of getting into this crap again.

This is why I went out of my way not to associate this question with dublinfella.

Out with anger, in with love  :)

There's a thread about that on the Non GAA section.
