Donegal moving very well a week before the league starts. I presume the Scotstown players will return for Monaghan next weekend after that defeat and performance.

Result Donegal 2-17 Monaghan 0-11
Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose

That ain't an issue any more...
McElholm was a prime example of this last year. As long as there is no breach of the 60hr time frame between matches.. players can move between squads (senior and U20) week on week.

Its from the point of burn out for the U20s. Derry havent played U20 till their season over since Gallagher played McEvoy and Murray about 4yrs ago against Fermanagh in a game they win without them, and it cost them in the U20 Final against Down.
