great result, disappointing that there were 2 reds!  AK, TK Titch Oisin were the pick of a bunch of lads who all worked very hard.  Well done lads, St Galls had no leaders.  Jamie Clarke back for next game will be a bonus.

Thought Sean Kelly tried his hardest for St Galls but beyond that they looked a beaten team even in the first half. Big favourites for Ulster now I would imagine.

True as did Niblock and CJ to a point but around the MF Cross dominated particularly on the break ball.

Well done to Cross, happy to see them win but have mixed feelings as I sure as f**k dont want to see the beginning of another dynasty in Armagh!

I cant believe I'm writing this but they'll miss Johnny Hanratty in the next round, they just dont have the same level of physicality that teams of old had and Hanratty (although he saw little of the ball) made a complete nusiance of himself to great effect today.

And BCB ar you sure Jamie's back next round?? I thought he'd only be available if you get to the final.  And they are going to need him bigtime, there's him and Oisin up front and little else of genune quality.

Well done to the Grange today as well.

Overthebar!

Crossmaglen V Coleraine or Burren
Coalisland V Naomh Conaill

14th November is only 7 weeks since Clarke's red card. Is that the date of the semi-final?

Couldn't get over how poor St Gall's were today. Disappointing defence of their championship. Too long a lay-off after their county championship final?
As I dream about movies they won't make of me when I'm dead

No real challenge in the Antrim championship mixed with an inability to cope with Cross' robust rearguard was the downfall of the all ireland champions.

There is never a challenge in Antrim for them though, they are well used to it by now.

I'd imagine Cross will be short priced favs for the title now but that's got a very open look to it.

TAC - I dont know, I'm only repeating something I think Corn said on the Armagh board and you'd imagine he'd do bit of background work!

As opposed to Cross' passage to this stage I am referring to.

Coulod be right about Jamie, I thought he might be back.  St Galls were poor and the fact that they hadn't played competitive football for 5 weeks would also have contributed to the fact that they weren't as sharp as we were today.  It was a disappointing way to relinquish their titles but lets face it they didnt meet a team like Cross last year and we are a different breed when it comes to big championship games.  Now the next game will be interesting, no Jamie, no Johnny(who I thought did some serious work today in grafting around the middle and compliments Titch very well).  If Burren come through they will be confident going into the game.
