That was very poor.
I only got to watch it on Clubber.

The ref could have given many more frees against us.
Handling & speed of touch was awful.
Tackling was very untidy.

You can plan to go with something in the championship (Mullaney as a forward). It's either a justified idea or not.
35 minutes shouldn't change that.
Very disheartening

Possibly too much expected of people.
Is enough of the organisational & logistics work being done by the full time staff?
Just a question.

Who is the main man from a coaching point of view these days.
Is it Andrew Kavanagh?

Fair enough.
I suppose if it gets guys on a track of developing their S&C.
Is it graded at all?

Unusual to see Laois hammer Offaly like that, and then to run into Kilkenny.

What do you think the merit to U19 is out of interest?

The best U17s will be with the 20s the following year.
It's an unusually small number of a squad to be carrying.

I presume you're coming at it from a "keeping them involved in a county set up pov"?

This Under 19 competition is one of the most ridiculous concepts.
And am I correct in saying that there are guys hurling U19 for Laois who wouldn't hurl U20 when asked?

You should go see somebody.

Read the posts in sequence.

You are either deliberately not reading stuff in sequence, or you are deluded.
Of course it's possible you are both.

The guy who was on the receiving end of the comments doesn't seem to have any hint that I defended or validated racist remarks made towards him.
But Ban Ki-Baile Brigin is here to hold everybody to account... "we the peoples..."
(I can explain the above reference if it goes over your head- just let me know!)

If FinnfromBallyfin actually is the person been spoken about, it's important he hears that.
So the racism is valid if a specific poster on here is the one being racially abused?

Get to f**k you madman.

Where did you get that from what I said?
Enlighten me.

Best of luck in the future.
If it's any comfort, I genuinely don't think there's any racism issue in Laois GAA or the GAA in general.

You'll get the odd eejit making a smart remark in his own friend group for a cheap laugh. But there's no ill will in it, in the sense that I genuinely believe you (or a person who is a traveller, or gay etc) will be treated differently or left off panels/teams etc.

Best of luck to you.

This has taken a turn.
I didn't read it as racist at the time. I was curious where they got two U15 county players.
I was expecting it to be from Trumera.

Had he just said a player transferred from Portlaoise I would have questioned further how that happened & why.

I can see how it would be taken as a racist remark , especially if there are other posts out there from the same poster as suggested above.

In a totally seperate point, FinnfromBallyfin- if you are an under 15 player with ambition to do well in the game, it'll do you no good being on here in the years to come, reading about who should & shouldn't be on county teams etc.
