Celtic will still win the league. But it won't be pretty.

Quote from: From the Bunker on December 06, 2025, 03:53:00 PMThat table looks like a big heap of convoluted B*llocks.

Perhaps. Presumably the guy who did it took the number of players in the report and divided by the population of the county in some way.

There are plenty of people who live/work in Galway, Dublin, Cork and so on but play for their home club on the weekend. So you can often end up with skewed results.

The biggest problem is youngsters going to Australia, Canada etc or going to the big cities in their prime playing days and feck all of them coming back - on top of that you are losing their kids - the next generation. The replacement population of immigrants don't know the game and in general don't have any interest in playing.

On the other hand - Soccer teams are benefiting hugely from the onslaught of immigrants coming in. Although the proper ages of underage African lads is hugely questionable, hence their domination of the underage game.

Ethnicity wise we will be like the french national Soccer team in the next decade.

It's admiral that the GAA have highlighted this problem as our Government and public representative don't really give a f*ck and have not for a long time.

The Government do little to encourage youngsters to stay in rural Ireland.

They are too busy keeping the EU and our paymasters happy since 2009. I suppose when you are up to your tits in debt and lost your sovereignty you don't have much choice.

Europe is getting ready for war - they have been since the end of Covid. Remember that scam - buy a €9 meal and you can go for a drink and you are safe.

The Yanks don't care because it's not on their doorstep and they are scrambling trying to remain relevant - they are an empire in decline.

The lies will continue on Main stream media.

We (Ireland) are a complete mess. We'll be upping the self defence mode, which has be more than mooted the last couple of years.

Luckily I live a fair distance from Belfast and Dublin.

Quote from: Mad Mentor on December 05, 2025, 06:20:25 PMDefinitely no loss if we never went back. Good to see Ireland leading the way - once again.

Yes, Ireland have become good at leading the way (except when it comes to our own house) the last decade or two.

Thoughts:

The draw was for an American audience. We were just an audience familiar with Soccer looking at a host not familiar doing a draw for it.

Trump getting a peace medal.  ;D

You have to laugh at them presenting their world champions sportspeople to draw the Balls.

Shaq is a monster of a man.

YMCA at the end shows that the regular american sees soccer as a girls or gay game.

They are not wrong about the songs we have sent.

They don't give a f*** because all the main players in the western world are in their pockets.

Most of them are from Europe.

Most of them have less j*wish blood than than Palestinians.

With all the drop-outs there will be no need for Semi-finals anymore.
