I know Brendan quite well, being from the same village & had a few pints with him last weekend in my local when he was back home  attending a family function.  Obviously talk of the reading job was mentioned......and that's as far as I can go.......

All I will say is contact HAS been made with Watford, but 4/6 is an extremly foolish price as things stand 

£12M is a huge bid for someone with only a year left on thier contract!  Great piece of business for Villa me thinks!

There's probably umpteen mobile phone threads on here but just thought I'd start a fresh one...

Due an upgrade shortly, anyone any recommendations as to what I should get....Past 2 phones have been Sony Ericsson, k800 (was a great phone) & K850i (which kept having to be fixed).  Liking the look of the C905 Cyber shot, but then again wary of sony ericsson after most recent hope.

Anyone any views or any other phones they recommend...?

Speaking of jerseys,when I was over at the Real Madrid game at Anfield I brought back a few little souvenirs for a young lad whose mother works with my girlfriend,apparently the younglad who is 6 is a huge Liverpool fan,I only got him a LFC pencil case and LFC poster magazine along with a match programme.
Anyway yer one is Portuguese,but it turns out her father is high up in Benfica,assistant to the President of the club or something like that, and as a thank you to me for getting the young lad a few things in Anfield she got him to send me over a Benfica jersey,according to her its the one the players wear and it can't be bought in shops,the one I got has 3 stars over the crest and the ones in the shops don't so she says anyway.
Just goes to show you when you do something nice for someone it always comes back to you in a good way !

I have found abit of a session in the gym has helped me recently.  Usually i'd slop about the house, eat all round me etc.

Preferred method is go back out and have another lash at 'er but that never goes down too well with the Missus
