I raised the points a long time ago , and to be fair whether you want to believe it or not theres county players of a better standard in Tyrone playing club football several of whom who have played at the highest level for the county , if there was a chance of winning an all Ireland you do what you have too, 2008, Stevie O'Neill back in the Tyrone fold etc, I am talking about players here who have experience of playing at the top level at county and uni level,
Sadly there are players in Tyrone who wont play for the current management, thats there own personal gripe but there are others that if they had been asked would have jumped at the chance and that includes some of the old hands that can still do a job

You know what I will, watch this space, they had a wee happy band of players but failed to add to the squad, they should have been at games and looked at new players to bolster things up when they lost players!!  is that not a fair comment, your preparation just cant be achieved with a limited squad, any coach will tell you that. at least one player in the squad was injured for most of the year and finally the only reason they stayed in the post at the start of this year was that some members of the county board drove it through when they too were going through turmoil, no-one else had a chance, the facts are there, if you attended county meetings as I do you would understand

And by the way no daughters just three sons that enjoy their club football week in week out and have no aspirations of playing any county football men or womens

Reality my friend appears to be hard to accept, and you know I could do a better job, for a start I wouldn't alienate half the players in the county, twist with the county board or carry a squad consistin of twelve decent players and twelve club players, But you know there are better people out there, Martina Dillon, Noel McGinn, Sean O Kane all Ireland winner, Padraig Trainor, Gerard McQuaid etc etc

Dublin pure class , watched the game again tonight, Tyrone were so poor though, so many players not up to the task not just county standard, plain and simple theres better players in Tyrone that wont play for those two Dromore boys. Players did walk away but not one was replaced WHY not, the two boys just wouldnt stoop to ask players to join the squad as they felt they could still do it their way. In turn these girls suffered , they did play in an all Ireland final but some must be embarrassed
You cant do full match plays with just 24 players, sorry 22 players, a couple injured. It would be unfair to single out the players who were so poor and have been poor for several years, there on as theres no competition.
Put it into context, they beat Cork who were minus a handful of there squad, Cork also lost a couple of players that day, Tyrone would always beat Kerry, Sligo and Leitrim but when push came to shove they were found out!!
Let the Dromore boys go and bring in managers that will have the respect of all Tyrone ladies football but more so the respect of quality players.

2 points, some of the club games are a punishment, to watch, the lads will be playing plenty of football, some of these lads have been goin flat out with colleges from August last year, so in context these county minors not all minors have played club football until the end of the year, colleges and club  from September, colleges, minor trials and club Jan-Feb. colleges, club and minor Mar-April, club minor perhaps club under21, May -june-july
Tyrone minors won the Ulster championship yet it was a full two weeks before the management had all the players back at trainin. Good Prep or what

Jaysus, do you all not think we should do whatever it takes for the minors to win another all Ireland, theres no panic with the minor club games, an all ireland is important to these young players and I think now to us all, give Raymond and the lads your support

Just read the Omagh St Endas club notes and sad as I am looked back over some of the older ones. Question.... is St Endas a GAA club or an Effing Bingo Club !!!!!!!!!!!!, who writes the notes and what the FCK is going on, Omagh players are soft for letting that be top story in the notes every week. Are they the same in the paper every week?

Most likely stand alone but what off the minors clash, will it maybe feature

How would an Omagh gael know that now, is there something your not telling

No word of penalty for over 24 hours and then boom, the report says just that, The umpires I hear. well at least three of them wont work with ref again,
As for Meath just typical, matters little anyway as it will be one more game this Summer as for Louth I expect maybe just another outing too

So the Meath players say no, I hope Joe and the boys can live with the label, a tarnished Leinster title, Joe Sheridan had a chance to show young players you can be honest and take the moral high ground, but no he will forever be known as a cheat, I have no axe to grind either way, Sludden got it wrong, theres no excuse for that but for Meath to just walk away from it all into the quarters and say the assults afterwards etc etc made their minds up to not offer a replay sounds hollow, Just cheats thats it, the word doesn't rest easy with them though
