Quote from: Eire90 on December 20, 2023, 01:48:54 AMCllr William O'Leary is the latest member of the Fianna Fáil party to speak against refugees. He told the bigots in Fermoy last night that it's 'state sponsored' re housing IPA's & those who benefit off it are 'no better than the English landlords & as bad as drug cartels'.

He has a point about the landlords. There is some serious money being made housing refugees, its a side point as I do think we should do our fair share. However, its sickening to see some of the f**kers making money. One of those Healy Raes for example and the usual cronies are up to their neck in it.
Sure they're getting a clean fortune so why wouldn't they? Is there a man on here that would turn down that money? Blame the clowns in government paying for it.

The point is that these guys are in bed with government, always have been. You've heard of the goings on in the Galway races tent I'm sure

There's plenty of very well known GAA men involved with ties to the government. It's the biggest get rich scheme in history.

The man whose family and companies have made the most is Seamus Banty McEnaney. They have multiple companies, in 2021 one of his companies made 15.78 million euro ! And that's just one of his companies, other family are involved and that was 2 years ago imagine the numbers now.

We're talking in the hundreds of millions no doubt.

Quote from: Dreadnought on December 06, 2023, 11:52:28 AMDid I hear that after this year and what happened with Cullyhanna, that Armagh are looking to unlink League and Championship from next year?
Correct, talk is Armagh county board  are going to instruct clubs to treat the league like a joke and use this as cover for shoehorning a few of our Division 1 clubs into the Junior championship.
Cullyhanna are 1/4 to win this Intermediate final, even their manager is stating they are a senior club in interviews and how unfair it was on other Armagh intermediate.

Yet you're on crying about tiny clubs in Cavan to deflect. It's pathetic.

Exactly the mans a bully. Can attack people like Mickey Harte, Marty Morrissey, Ronan Mullen etc that won't hit him back .

But as soon as McGregor gives him some back after Joe goes at him, he runs to his legal team and the Guards demanding prosecution. What a pathetic big baby that gives it out hard to people but won't take any response. Total bully that wants free reign to attack anyone he dislikes.

No wonder the media got rid of him

I see Kitty Holland is in serious bother for comments on BBC last night attacking the grieving boyfriend of Ashling Murphy call for him to be censored, a bigot and inviting hatred etc.

Deeply evil comments from her, no idea how Irish Times can keep her on this time. She will likely be sued to high heaven the least she deserves.

People like her are everything wrong with this country.

Quote from: Eire90 on December 01, 2023, 03:17:52 PMno not advocating it i just wonder why it hasnt happened yet because the inla claim to be left wing socialists who want a 32 couunty socialist republic are far right groups not against that idea and in cahoots with britain first.

also do some of these dissident type groups have middle eastern members.

I know only one member of Saoradh and he is seriously on the outs with the local Sinn Fein people

I wouldn't be surprised at all if the dissidents sided with the Anti Immingration crowd to stick it to the Shinners
I don't think they have the numbers especially down south. And the truth is there far far more immigration in the Republic than the North.

That's the big chasm now. You can see it even on here with posters.

Quote from: Eire90 on December 01, 2023, 12:35:22 PMwhy have the dissidents remained quiet about Dublin riot as far as i am aware and irsp types too think they had a meeting in Strabane about immigration could the far right in ireland not have been dealt with if dissedents or irsps/inla types  went after them or gave them a warning to cease operations or do they have no power anymore or they too busy dealing drugs.

So you're advocating for  a paramilitary organization to identify/define  who is "far right" and then threaten them with death or serious bodily harm if they dont accept unlimited unvetted migrants not their communities?
Already happened once in Enniskillen and they mostly got away with it.

Those guys are dangerous because they are all touts and informants

Interesting the IRSP meeting about immigration. Not like they're far right, they're far Left. But these groups are so small now.

Dissidents mostly ran by MI5 at this point, attacked the National Party with knives last year in Enniskillen and somehow mostly got away with.

The reason is because there is no Dissidents left in the South, not least due to immigration harming their cause and all their followers deserting them.

You'll find many of the same folk from the 2006 Love Ulster riots are in "right wing" circles now. Times change, Ireland is a different country compared to then.

Brollys a very nasty individual, really a loudmouth bully. Thinks everyone should adhere to his Far Left politics. He's supported People Before Profit.

RTE made the right call getting rid of him. Surprised Newstalk even give him a platform anymore, probably mates with that presenter.

Made a big error going after McGregor. He's a lot more in tune with peoples views here. Calling the Algerian terrorist a gentleman is just disgraceful.

Nobody cares what Brolly thinks anymore. Just another holier than thou arsehole.
