Also, is the match this Sunday, same time as the GM MCKenna Cup?

The format looks complicated enough. Still, it might take our mind of the girls, and look at the football instead. ;)

Ulster Scots Agency - 'The aim of the Ulster-Scots Agency is to promote the study, conservation, development and use of Ulster-Scots as a living language; to encourage and develop the full range of its attendant culture; and to promote an understanding of the history of the Ulster-Scots.'

Classic. I never knew that Ulster Scots could move and breathe at the same time.

The Countdown clock. Why is it a full size clock when it only ever goes half way round? Grrrrr!

Armagh depleted for McKenna Cup
Monday, January 1

Armagh senior football manager Joe Kernan has admitted that his panel is seriously depleted going into this month's McKenna Cup.

Sorry Joe, the phone was off the hook there. Give me a call now. I've been keeping fit and my boots are clean.

As an 18 handicapper  :-\ here are my 3 most important tips for golf:

1) keep your head down
2) keep your stupid head down
3) keep your goddamn stupid head down

My target for 2007 is to have a 16 handicap.

Did Mickey Moran and John Morrison make some strange pact as they left Mayo? Moran heads of to a wee club on the edge of the lough called Cargin, while Morrison heads to Tullysaran.

What is their cunning plan?

Some of the bit players would be good enough, if they get enough games in the McKenna and the League.

Any more word of Marsden's rumoured return to the fold? Is he training with the county or not?

17th is awfully high for county Down.  ;)

Is this another concession to the DUP who want to reduce the amount of backdoor schenanighans?

This move will favour the stronger teams, but is a couple of years too late for Ard Mhacha  >:(

The Greatest Non GAA Sporting Moment, EVER, is MY Greatest Non GAA Sporting Moment, EVER!

Sorry, I dont have a picture, but it was a 10k road race in Newry in 1985. I finished about 15th in a time of 34:30.
