Quote from: illdecide on June 12, 2024, 02:53:16 PMGuys, seriously stop stating that £308m cost as it's no where near that. It's expected to be around £240m to £250m if that. That £308m was thrown in by Unionists who just made the figure up.

I genuinely think without UEFA or FIFA regulations we can build this for £200m even if we have to drop it by 3k - 4k
Them costs might be right but they're lifetime costs for the project and the build itself won't be that figure.

SF should do everything in it's power to stall the money for the local soccer clubs Lyons was happy to announce. Where's the crying out for the new hospital etc for that money.

The ROI will pull their funding now you'd think or drastically reduce it? I'd hope not but can see that happening.

Mickey should take the lads to Lourdes at this rate.

Any injury news ahead of the Armagh game? I'd expect McEvoy and Murphy back.

Quote from: smort on May 21, 2024, 03:56:46 PMCome on guys, you can't leave us hanging like that

Spill the beans
All I've heard is that players were given the option to stay on for a few days for a holiday, some did and one player was "assaulted". Have no more detail than that and take it with a pinch of salt, maybe some of the Derry men can give us more detail.
Cormac Murphy was mugged. That had nothing to do with his absence.

Quote from: Walter Cronc on May 19, 2024, 07:50:32 AMSome nonsense being talked by the usual suspects. I'm with Keyser on this one. We battled well considering the circumstances. We'll be fine come preliminary quarters onwards.
I agree.

Quote from: J70 on April 30, 2024, 04:00:54 PMSo Dublin v Mayo/Galway losers will NOT be in Croke Park?

Gaelic Grounds?
Clones?
It definitely won't be in Parnell Park, so maybe a neutral venue like Croke Park.

Quote from: Itchy on April 24, 2024, 10:24:41 AMI dont think Mickey Harte will be too upset that Derry are out of the Ulster. They have the medals from the last 2 years in their pockets. Its all about SAM for them now. They get a nice 4 week break to get themselves ready. I would not be writing them off at all.
Will they definitely be playing in 4 weeks or could it be 5?

Quote from: Pub Bore on April 23, 2024, 10:03:52 AMFor all the blather about "Michelle and Emma" and a bright future for NI, it's 2024 and the British are still trying to suppress the truth.  25 people involved in this murder, most of whom were loyalist touts, RUC and UDR members.

Excellent programme that showed the devastation visited on families during the Troubles.

Is Michelle O'Neill entitled to see the un-redacted versions of those reports?
As head of state, i'd imagine she is?
I doubt she would be able to see it.
