Hurling Discussion / Hurling sticks
November 10, 2008, 06:45:55 PM
Recently i have started using Tom Murphy sticks, they are without doubt some of the best sticks i have ever used. They have such a lovely feel and stick about them, and they have a great big toe.
Before that i used scullion hurls, i find these hurls are totally hit or miss, you can get a amazing one or a dog, more often than not a dog. However the fact that he has setup up a website to sell is a great and i hope more stick makers follow suit.

feel free to add more

With this paypal payment I can only get access to the money once the i give them a postage reference. I'm not sure what to think about this. what do you think? confused

Takes place next saturday in Birmingham. 10 teams in two groups will compete to win. IT is expected to be the strongest line up yet, with big universities like, LJMU, Napier and St Marys are expected to feature heavily, towards the business end to the tourney. Allow Dundee and RGU can never be discounted.

GAA Discussion / player managers
October 26, 2008, 07:24:41 PM
Only after attending a game where the manager (touching 40s) choose himself and a friend (also round 40) to play, infront of two younger fitter players suited to the two positions. The team lost mainly due the old boys and some awful ref-ing. Has anyone seen a situation were player manager has being successful?

General discussion / girlfriend - help
October 23, 2008, 11:46:02 AM
Hello, recently the girlfriend and meself have being arguing over silly things, nothing serious. She is a bit older that me and has just finished uni and starting a new job, i still have two years at uni. We were visiting some of her friends at the weekend all seem to have or be having babies. I was strangely quiet and almost anti-social with her friends which I regret, they were all lovely. So on the way home she says that she doesnt think were right for each other cause she feels that we want different things from each other. I dunno what to think or do, we've being two years and Im closer to her than to anyone else. But I dunno what to do really confused, help anyone?

After a few weeks this I am totally chessed off with this so I contacted the council and imformed them what was going on, This morning the council contacted work and told them they would be out to visit at some point. Result all the dirty smokers taken there smoking outside, hurry the air is a more breatheable.
