Argentina v Ireland in 1999 was a slight upset, but certainly not a big upset, Wales v Fiji this year was a much bigger upset.

Clare v Kerry 1992 (?) Munster Final
Fermanagh v Armagh All Ireland Quarter 2004

1) The 'Miracle On Ice' when the yanks bate the soviets at the height of their power in the olympics games, I think it was the Edmonton games.

2) Dennis Taylors come from behind win in the Snooker against davis, he was 8-0 down and the first time he led was when he nailed the pink in the last frame. brilliant.

3) Ireland beating Pakistan in Cricket.

4) The north beating England was a shocker, the English were in terrible form at the time and the six were well worth their win.

5) Offaly beating Kerry in the AIF when kerry were going for five in a row.

Edmonton has never hosted the Winter Olympics, it was Lake Placid (1980).
