Title: Inter-County Manager Needed
Post by: ormondeboy on August 17, 2007, 11:08:15 AM
Inter-county Manager Needed for Sleeping Giant

Experience Preferable, Professional Approach Required with Good Management Skills and Media Savvy. Abillity to Harness Burgeoning and Exisitng Potential Critical. £ Year contract

"Come in Mr. English..."

Any word on this lads?

Great win for minors. Nenagh boys did well. Pick of that team seems to be Young O'Neill and McGrath.

With each Tipp campaign, Nicky's delivery of the 2001 All Ireland looks a more impressive feat.
Second comings rarely go well and English may end up tarnishing his own legacy.
Off the top of my head these are managers who have had a second go at a county management job and have all been less successful.

Michael Bond - Offaly
Billy Morgan - Cork
John McIntyre - Offaly
John O'Mahony - Mayo
Babs - Tipp
Cyril Farrell - Galway
