Colin Bell has announced his retirement.
I couldn't find a thread for the Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust.
What a tremendous legacy for Kevin. An unbelievable charity that has helped so many.

Was mentioned in the good news thread but deserves a thread of its own. Hard to find the words for much good the trust has done for people going through awful times and obviously born out of such a tragedy for the Bell family.
The very best to Colin for the future.
Really good article from Cahir OKane and good summary of the impact they have made for so many.
For some reason I assumed he waa their only son, also had no idea they had a lift in Euromillions

I thought KBRT was a drug of some sort
The full name of the charity would have been helpful
Anyway, they have done great work over the years.
Will the charity be continuing ?
Wonderful people who did wonderful things.
Here's hoping their successors can continue in the same mould.

Yes, existing staff will continue to keep it going.
Thread deserves a much better title. The work of these folks in the wake of such loss, worry, and fear is immeasurable. The solace and comfort they have spread forth is the fabric of goodness.
Superb article by Cahir.
Wonderful people who need nor want recognition
That article though should be read out by the Speaker at Stormont, Ceann Comhairle in the Dail and by the President on prime time tv.
Fair play to Cahir.
