Is there anybody else goin on this year to S.africa with Niall Mellon township building blitz, their are 1250 Irish builders goin so their are bound to be some on the GAA board.
whens this on
at this rate if the relations aren't working, they'd be as well off going out there to at least do something positive with their time off.
It's on this November but it's is really oversubscribed year after year so unless you have the skill-set they are looking for you'll not be going. Only 20% of the applications are for office-based workers wanting to go and have a "life experience" but all these places have been filled. They're really only looking for blockies and plasterers.

It is on in Novemeber. 1250 irish buildiers and volunteers will travel to S.africa to build 150 houses in a week, in the townships of capetown to replace the shacks they are currently living in. However as far as i know this year is full up and they have started recruting for 2008, but if anyone applys, espically trade they are put on a stand by list for 2007. U have to raise 4000 euro thou!!
