Title: Your County's Supersub
Post by: ONeill on September 06, 2015, 11:37:48 AM
Kevin McManamon seems to promise a score or two when he's brought on.

Any others out there who regularly hit the onion bag but rarely start?

There's only one Mayo Moran.

Only kerry and dublin can afford to keep anyone of that sort of quality in reserve.

Darren O'Sullivan.

No. 1 in the supersubs must be Seamus Darby.

Benny made a couple of appearances as Down sub a couple of years ago - still think there could be a reason for keeping him in reserve for Down - class player - right attitude and undoubted ability to get important scores. Would give all a lift when introduced as well.

This year was John Connellan. Would expect to see him starting next year though, had a good championship.
