I actually thought this was a piss take when I heard it earlier. Are those two fools the best we can offer ?

Ah come on, it's all about the promo.

They might as well join the athletic elite, the drug cheats and the rest.

No different to Diana Ross missing a penalty in the World Cup opening ceremony.

After seeing all the hype about the torch relay over the years I have decided that is all it is, HYPE. Jedward are perfect for the role. There are loads of people carrying that rod around the place. After seeing it at first you would drawn in and say I wish I was important enough to carry that thing but that is just a bit monkey monkey see , monkey wants to do.

They could really just use a cigarette lighter in London. It is all about the athletic events, they would be better off focusing their energies on getting fair boxing judges and ensuring there are no drug cheats at the games.

Sure there's a soap character, no actor, carrying it in London and it'll be shown live as part of Eastenders.
