Hi all, sorry if this has been covered before
Was just wondering what the story is with people wanting to train in boxing gyms but not actually part take in the boxing itself, so just for the fitness element
obviously this would not be in the more pro clubs
but i was just wondering is this frowned upon or is it welcome?
Many Thanks
We've done this a few times as a club for pre-season training. Providing you go to proper boxing gym you'll be grand. For core strength and conditioning its grand

yeah we done it as well a few years ago, very intense and as MR2 said good for core strenght
used in our club a few years ago for most of the pre-season and it did have a positive efect although tough the players did take something for their own good out of it,yep wouldnt rule it out even in todays game

What boxing club did's you use Square ball for this?
might be hard this time of year as the new boxing season has just started up again and it will be choc a block for the next while
i know a lot of clubs that have used it but they had to juggle around to get fitted in but they all rave about it
Is the boxing training just like something you can go along to and they have a trainer there taking a group of people all at once? Assume you would maybe have to sign up to a boxing club to even do the training?
