Hey all,
first time poster.
I am looking at setting up training sessions twice weekly in Dublin for Dublin based players registered with their clubs at home. I have been training by myself and with some Dublin clubs the last few years but don't believe I am getting enough out of these sessions.
I am considering two sessions per week, one hour each, periodised so that lads will be peaking for championship in may.
