I've been listening to his music all week - class.
Watched some the stuff recently on various channels.
'Col' Tom Parker is the real villanof the piece. Elvis was too soft to see the hoor was riding him into the grave.
The Memphis Mafia have no time for Priscillla but she turned Elvis's estate into the megabucks creation it is now.
He'd be 75.

Though I'm still in my 20's I grew up listening to the records and tapes my parents had, Buddy Holly, Big Bopper, Chuck Berry, Gene Vincent, Little Richard and of course Elvis.
The link above is from the '68 comeback show which when I saw it the 1st time about 10 years ago it was incredible. The segment where he sits down with his old band and plays a few tunes is the highlight for me.
