Open it in Paint.
Click "Image" on the menu bar
Select "Stretch/Skew"
Enter a percentage in the Horizontal and Vertical text boxes
(the same number in both to preserve the proportions of the picture).
Experiment until it's a reasonable size.

Well I'd have assumed if you were going to the trouble of posting a picture, it'd be because you wanted people to see it - not bits of it at a time by scrolling over and back, up and down.
Plus you're doing the courtesy of not forcing every other post on the page off the screen.

Jesus that's like comparing the Mona Lisa and a Rolf Harris cartoon!
It's looking down Glenariffe from the branch road, towards Red Bay and the Mull of Kintyre in the distance.
I could post any amount of class places in Mayo but of those outside my county I never tire of this venue and the city itself.

Yes.
Very gratifying to see so many pictures of Donegal!
Never appreciated the wild and scenic setting when I was growing up - it only much later that it kind of hit me one day.
As for my favourite non-Donegal places, overall its hard to beat the southwestern peninsulas, particularly the Dingle and Iveragh ones, although the crowds takes away from it a bit.

Hey guys, you're not supposed to post your own county.
Almost everyone has selected somewhere coastal. Not surprising given the scenery around the coast of Ireland, but are there any scenic areas of note inland?

At the time I thought "what effing decadence" but then I thought ah feck I'm paying for this, might as well enjoy it.
