3 months since we have won a game, I had to check to see if Sammy McIlroy was managing us and not MON at one stage such has been our bad run.  Anyway tonight will not be easy either with Hull needing the points to stay up, but if we have any fight we must win this one given everton's win yesterday.

It's an unbelievably disapponting end to the season but hopefully its something we'll learn from and it will encourage MON and randy to do some spending in the summer!
I think villa will win tonight but it really won't be easy.

Looking like the clans game will now be on saturday at 6. Our lads will now have to leave a wedding that has been planned all year just because the cross were not willing to accomodate us on the friday evening. Oh it must be said they did offer to play it on the sunday morning at 12 :( So BC i don't think you have done anything for the tramps as you put it. But wee apples and all that.

was friday night only a rumour then? BC?

heard about a fella from lisburn who got tied to a post near sprucefield and covered in a load of food and crap.  it was mid summer and a scorcher of a day.  When they left him the wasps then stung the fcuk out of him. passers by had to cut him free

General discussion / Re: Guitar Help
April 28, 2009, 04:22:40 PM
lads i was bought a guitar last year. i therefore had no choice in what to get. I think its a classical accoustic. not exactly what i wanted but i didnt want to disappoint the person who bought me it.
The guitar is one of those ones that have 3 nylon strings. anyone used this type before?
can i get it re-strung like a normal accoustic one? or should i just get a different one?

i'm sure there were lots of other years he deserved it but cetainly not this year. if i was giggs i wouldnt be overly pleased about it either as it seems like a bit of a sympathy vote. a bit like peter o'toole getting a livetime achievement award (or something like that) from the oscars after becoming the most nominated actor never to win the best actor oscar. and if i remember right he didnt collect the award. could be wrong though

The clans were very poor this evening. They never showed the same desire or energy that the sarsfields did. It could be a hard road for us this year but hopefully we'll improve quickly
